Readers who do not have the resources to afford my The Aesthetics of Decay might be interested in the news that it can be downloaded from the indispensable AAAARG by clicking on the image below - a flattering portrait which comes courtesy of Aurelio Madrid, who is currently reading the book.

Thank you for this. I have been looking for copies of the book since....a long long time.
Dr. Prof.
I have a little bet with my psychiatrist that you won't even check this out but here it is nonetheless....

Dylan,
...nice of you to post the drawing.
I wanted the drawing to be about your achievment with writing this fascinating book, while still (trying) to match the strict aesthetic sensibility of the book-cover itself & of course, it was an attempt to replicate the aesthetics of decay.
Meanwhile, I have suspected a connection to art & phenomenology & I'm finding the two linked in curious ways.
...in short, I'm inspired to write & this drawing is part of the experience while reading!
thank you
